Something wrong with "eactive"

Post Posted: Wed Apr 30, 2008 2:55 pm

Hi, I'm using the latest commercial release and there is something wrong with the event column "eactive". On my main competition page, if I click active/inactive the different competitions will display correctly. I assume this is controlled by the event end date.

But, all events are tagged "active" in the database and hence the block "Competiton-Events" will display all active or inactive events.

I have not found anywhere in the admin interface where I can actually set an event as inactive. How is this supposed to work?

TIA

The field "eactive" is redundant, an Event's activity is determined by start and end date (it's not active if the start date is in the future or the end date is in the past).

However, it may be there's a block or 2 that I've neglected to update. Embarassed

I'll look into it Confused

OK, the attached contains the blocks that needed fixing, could I ask you to be my guinea pig and check them out, I don't have a set of relevant data to test them against myself at the moment.

Assuming they're OK I'll update the package.

PS: The original block-Competition-Table.php works btw, it only shows active leagues...
